Perhaps you are surprised why this cd-rom isn't filled up 100%.

The explanation is easy:

On the internet the (unwritten) law says: 'the shorter, the better'.

On this CD-ROM there are more than 20.000 Clip Arts each about 3.3 kB in size. This will make nearly 64 MB for the pictures.
Larger files will lengthen the time of transfer over the web.
If you are an internet profi you will know about it and if you are a HTML-beginner you will soon know why it is better to use shorter files for transfer.
